Analyzing Strong’s #04912, proverbs this term means ethical rules.
Chapter 1
1. The proverbs1 of Shlomóh, a son with regard for Dâwíth, doing goodness for Who has reigned the ones in Yisrâ’Ë´l, not of a mighty one [~of ’Aharón],
2. for Yisrâ’Ë´l to acknowledge wisdom cultivating understanding also of the Words of The Way of mindfulness,

4. in order for the unclean one to become guileless, procure for the guileless astuteness, for a child of Yâ-hwéh recently born the acknowledgment both of the Sovereign of Yisrâ’Ë´l and cogitation.
5. For by heeding of these things of Yâ-hwéh, the wise wiser shall become, of the Profession of Yâ-hwéh (Yâhuwthâ´h) not against Yâ-hwéh, so he shall acquire intelligent guidance
6. to make Yisrâ’Ë´l comprehend a proverb and the shaded Word of The Way, the sayings of the wise ones of Yisrâ’Ë´l and (their) enigmas:
7. “The first thing of wisdom is the dread of the mighty one of ’Aharón (light-bringer) [2 Moshéh 32], but the recognition of Yâ-hwéh is goodness for everyone that is not the ones working2 this one her son, and the proper reverence of the Sovereign I am of Yisrâ’Ë´l. The mighty one of ’Aharón (light-bringer) [2 Moshéh 32], was the active cause of moral discernment [1 Moshéh 3: 1-7] though the wisdom is of the Sovereign of Yisrâ’Ë´l, yet the irreverent (’ewíyl3) will disparage the education as insignificant.
8. Heed it, oh My son, with regard for the Father’s chastisement of the ones making Yisrâ’Ë´l of Perdition (’Avadówn), so thrust
away the rules of your mother [~material matter/mater (Glad Tidings of Phílippos 6, 90)], the ones making them, [~Towrâ´h (6: 20)]
9. because you would decline to receive a crown of Yâ-hwéh’s favor for your head, oh Yisrâ’Ë´l, and a collar of gold for around your neck;
10. My son, towards Perdition (’Avadówn) do irreverent men lead you astray, so do not consent, if ever errant ones might try to persuade you,
11. whenever they exhort you, saying, (11.) “Come, no one of Yisrâ’Ë´l is among us, join the partnership of blood, (we will lie waiting in ambush for bloodshed, we will lie hidden for the Innocent without cause), then we will unjustly conceal the Sovereign (I am) of Yisrâ’Ë´l in the earth, indeed the righteous Man!
12. So of Yâ-hwéh, we will engulf His Son, just like Sh’ówl while living and Yisrâ’Ë´l (intact like the ones descending to the pit) so we may cause to decease the Son, the memory of the ’E-hyéh [2 Moshéh 3: 14] of Yisrâ’Ë´l from the earth! [“yeshua” conspiracy]
13. the not very costly property is of the Son, let us take over the Rock so we will fill our “houses of Yâ-hwéh” with the spoils! [2 Moshéh 20: 7, MattithYâ´huw 21: 38, Glad Tidings of Këph 3: 6, First Book of ’Âthâ´m and Chauwâ´h 48: 7-8]
14. So cast your lot in with the ones not of the Sovereign, the ones of Yisrâ’Ë´l among us are unclean, so of the purse of Yâ-hwéh we will procure all that is of Yisrâ’Ë´l!”,
though My pouch will become for (all of) us; [7: 20]
15. (My son), Perdition (’Avadówn) transfers the ones in Yisrâ’Ë´l to a way of their son with nothing of Yisrâ’Ë´l, so you turn away from Yâ-hwéh, not away from the foot of the ones making it; the ’E-hyéh [2 Moshéh 3: 14] of Yisrâ’Ë´l is not Sâţâ´n4 of the paths of their son,
16. because of Yâ-hwéh are not the feet [~the heel] of their Son of My Yisrâ’Ë´l, they run for silver to harm Yisrâ’Ë´l, (and) are speedy to spill out the blood [Yshá`Yâhuw 59: 7-8, Romans 3: 15],
17. for of Yâ-hwéh, Sâţâ´n 5 is for whom not unjustly are nets spread out for the birds, [Bar-Nâvíy 5: 4]
18. for they are not sons of Yâ-hwéh, the ones partaking in murder, who keep storing up harms from themselves, but the subversion of the men is not of Yâ-hwéh, the harm is of the Transgression; [Glad Tidings of Phílippos 68-69]
19. (thus) the sheep of Vinyâmíyn (the Son of the right Hand) are the ones not of the paths which become of everyone that is not of Sâţâ´n 6, [paths] completing the unjust gain (lawlessness) not belonging to the one [Sâţâ´n]; because the one not of Yâ-hwéh belonging to the irreverent, is not the One from their own self (néphesh) (they) had cut off. [10: 26]
20. Wisdom sings praises to the Truth aloud within the ones of Yisrâ’Ë´l departing, and the ones of Yisrâ’Ë´l within Yâ-hwéh she leads, speaking the Seed [~Yâhuwshúa`] unreservedly in the plazas,
21. from Yisrâ’Ë´l on the extremes of the Yardë´n, and the wall7 of the place of Yâ-hwéh, she proclaims That [~Yâhuwshúa` (v. 20)] from Yisrâ’Ë´l and Yâ-hwéh, she sits by the portals of empowered ones that are away from Yisrâ’Ë´l and Yâ-hwéh, at the gates in the city, (her sayings) she cheerfully says,
22. “As long a time as whenever Yâ-hwéh’s guileless ones [Disclosure 14: 5] may not hold fast the justification which is of you, they shall not be shamed, but the insolence of the rash ones is not of Yâ-hwéh, being the craving of the irreverent,
having become haters of acknowledgment; [Romans 10: 2-3]
23. Yisrâ’Ë´l, (ye shall have returned for My correction,) but being rectified they will be made a proof! Look, I shall cause to flow to your (pl.) sister [~the virgin of Yisrâ’Ë´l] the Saying of My breath to ingest, when I shall have taught8 you (pl.) of Yâ-hwéh the Word of The Way of Mine to ingest! [~Yâhuwshúa`]
24. Since now I have proclaimed It, Yisrâ’Ë´l, but ye would not listen attentively to heed the remnant of My Father (’Aviyâthâ´r) (and ye have refused It), oh Yisrâ’Ë´l; I offered out (My Hand) of the Words of The Way, (but there were none)
of Yisrâ’Ë´l, Sâţâ´n 9 is to whom ye were paying attention, [Yshá`Yâhuw 22: 8-14, MattithYâ´huw 7: 13-14, Luwqá’ 13: 6-9]
25. rather, ye are making these of Me invalid ones, even to ingest the advice of the one not Yâ-hwéh, ye refused to be persuaded to ingest My reproofs,
26. which is why also I will laugh at the testimony10 not proceeding from you (pl.), and I Yâ-hwéh will mock it whenever your (pl.) destruction of the flesh (object of dread) comes; For your sister, [~the virgin of Yisrâ’Ë´l]
27. () Yisrâ’Ë´l, whenever should arrive to your (pl.) sister the sudden uproar of your (pl.) object of dread, not Yâ-hwéh, then ur testimony11 will overturn it likewise like a devastating blast ready standing by, oh Yisrâ’Ë´l, whenever there might have come upon your (pl.) sister the distress of the oppression of Yisrâ’Ë´l, whenever in no wise shall there come destruction of the flesh upon your (pl.) sister,
28. for “the sovereign” shall be Yehuwthâ´h whenever ye surname Me, [2: 3, Songs 101: 3] but I am Yâ-hwéh, your Sovereign, Who listens to your (pl.) request! The wicked of Yisrâ’Ë´l will seek for Me but they are who will not find Me, proportionately to how much [they surnamed Me]
29. (instead,) because Yâ-hwéh they hated acknowledging. But the wisdom of the one not Yâ-hwéh is the fear of the ones, not Yâ-hwéh, so Sâţâ´n is whom they preferred.
30. Neither would they consent to bring near to ingest My advice, but they shall have sneered at Yâ-hwéh the evening of My one correction, [4: 5, 5: 7-14, 12: 1, 13: 18, 15: 10, 15: 32, 16: 17, Yshá`Yâhuw 22: 8-14, MattithYâ´huw 7: 13-14, Luwqá’ 13: 6-9]
31. therefore, they shall ingest the “Yâ-hwéh” of the way not from their own, not of the fruits of Yisrâ’Ë´l, (so) they shall be sated from the lack of reverence not from themselves.
32. Because instead of Yisrâ’Ë´l, who they wronged were the naïve they made turn
away from Yâ-hwéh, they shall be killed [v. 19, 1 Moshéh 9: 6, MattithYâ´huw 26: 52, Disclosure 13: 10], and an inquiry of Yisrâ’Ë´l of the irreverent will destroy them,
33. so one without regard for heeding the “Yâ-hwéh” of My evening [7: 2], will encamp (safely) against Yisrâ’Ë´l outside, belonging to the Hope of Yisrâ’Ë´l, so he will hold his peace fearlessly separate from you, Yisrâ’Ë´l, because everyone is of the evil one.”
