The spiritual meaning of circumcision

Bar-Nâvíy chapter 9 plus cross refference! [The spiritual meaning of circumcision] 9:1. He speaks moreover concerning our ears, how He has circumcised both them and our heart. Yâ-hwéh says in the predicator, “By the hearing of the ear they obeyed me.” [Songs 18: 44 LXX] And again He says by hearing, those shall hear who are afar off; they shall recognize what I have done. [Yshá`Yâhuw 33: 13] And, “Be ye circumcised in your hearts,” [YirmYâ´huw 4: 4] Says Yâ-hwéh. Songs 18:44 44. At the moment the ear hears, they obey me. The sons of the foreigners who might feign obedience for me, Yshá`Yâhuw 33: 13 13. Hear, O ones afar off, what I have done and recognize, O near ones, My Greatness [Yâhuwchânâ´n’s Glad Tidings 14: 28]!” YirmYâ´huw 4: 4 ( jeremiah) 4. Become circumcised to Yâ-hwéh and remove the foreskins of your heart, O man of Yâhuwthâ´h, and inhabitants of Yruwshâláim, lest My wrath emerge like fire and burn and there be no one to extinguish it, from the presence of the evil of your practices [traditions]. 9:2. And again He says, “Hear, O Yisrâ’Ë´l, for these things says Yâ-hwéh your mighty Ones.” And once more the spirit of Yâ-hwéh proclaims, “Who is he that wishes to live forever? By hearing let him heed the voice of My Servant.” [Compare Yâshâ´r 3: 6, 30 and Yshá`Yâhuw 50: 10 LXX] Yshá`Yâhuw 50: 10 (isiah) 10. Who among ye is one who wishes to live forever? By hearing [Bar-Nâvíy 9: 2] let him heed the voice of My Servant; who walking the dark places though there it has no illumination for him, he trusts in the name of Yâ-hwéh and he leans on his mighty Ones. 9: 3. And again He says, “Hear, O heaven, and give ear, O earth, for Yâ-hwéh has spoken…” [Yshá`Yâhuw 1: 2] These are for a witness. And again He says, “Understand [what is] the Word of Yâ-hwéh, [scornful men,] who are rulers of this people...” [Yshá`Yâhuw 28: 14] And again He says, “Hear, ye sons, the voice of one crying in the wilderness.”Therefore He has circumcised our ears,that when we might hear His Word we might believe, Yshá`Yâhuw 1: 2-5 (isiah) 2. ¶Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth, because Yâ-hwéh is speaking: “I grow sons and I raise them up, but they rebel against Me. 3. A steer recognizes his buyer, and the donkey of the manger his owner; Yisrâ’Ë´l(1), they do not acknowledge, My people, they do not consider(2). 4. Hówy, errant heathen mass, a people of massive perversity, the seed of evildoers, sons of the ones causing corruption(3) who have forsaken Yâ-hwéh; they have spurned the Pure One of Yisrâ’Ë´l, they left Him behind. 5. Why should ye be smitten anymore? Ye increase the rebellion, to sicken the entire head and the whole heart is faint. 1) Scripture defines Yisrâ’Ë´l as being His witnesses that He is His Servant (the Anointed) in 43:10. It is also His blind servant who is in deep adultery, “Christianity”, of which a small subset is chosen to see and turn and repent and be cured, the Virgin of Yisrâ’Ë´l, here called the Daughter of Tsiyyówn. Páulus discusses this more in his letter To the Romans. 2) Another possible rendition: “they do not care”. 3) Of His name Yshá`Yâhuw 28: 14-20 14. Therefore, understand what the Word of Yâ-hwéh is, scornful men who are rulers of this people that are in Yruwshâláim! 15. Since you say, “We have made a pact, a covenant with death and with Sh’ówl we have made an agreement, that the scouring scourge [~the Abomination of the Desolation], when it passes over, shall not enter to us, because we have made falsehood our refuge, and we have hidden ourselves within the Lie.” 16. Because of this, my Sovereign Yâ-hwéh says, “Here I am, to lay in Tsiyyówn a Stone, a proven Stone, a valued Cornerstone for a sure Foundation; the one trusting in It shall not be disappointed(189).” [Romans 9: 33, 1 Këph 2: 6] 17. So I shall set justice for the measuring-line [~standard], and rectification for the leveling instrument, and ye who trust vainly in falsehood, pelting icerocks shall sweep away the refuge of the falsehood, and waters shall overflow the hideout; 18. So your covenant with death shall be atoned for, and your agreement with Sh’ówl, it shall not stand. The scourge is scouring as it passes over, and ye shall be a stomping ground for it 19. as often as it passes over; it will take you away as morning by morning it passes over, by day and by night!” And it shall be sheer horror to understand the report. 20. Because the bed is too short to stretch oneself, and the covering is too tied down to wrap oneself up;(190) 189) Bar-Nâvíy quotes this as “shall live forever”, although this may be an interpretation of the meaning of this verse. 190) Spiritual meaning: the Lie they chose to make their rest-haven and their place of repose won’t give them rest or cover them. 9;4. for the circumcision in which they trusted is abolished. For He declared that circumcision was not of the flesh, but they transgressed because the evil envoy deluded them. 9:5. For thus the mighty Ones speaks to them, “These things says Yâ-hwéh your mighty Ones” (here I find a new commandment) “[Break up your unplowed ground, so] you Then, do not sow among thorns,” “Circumcise yourselves to Yâ-hwéh!” And why does He speak thus? To listen to your Sovereign. Yet again He says, “Circumcise the hardness of your heart,” [YirmYâ´huw 4: 4] and do not harden your neck [Proverbs 29: 1]? And again: “Behold,”says Yâ-hwéh, “all the heathen masses are uncircumcised in the flesh, but this people are uncircumcised in heart.” YirmYâ´huw 4: 4 ( jeremiah) 4. Proverbs 29:1 1.One often reproved, hardening his neck, Is suddenly broken, and there is no healing. 9;6. But you will say, “Yea, verily the people are circumcised for a seal.” But so also is every Arâmíy and arab, and all the priests of worshipped images: are these then also within the bond of His covenant? Yea, even the Mitsráyim practice circumcision! 9:7. Learn then, my sons, concerning all things richly, that ’Avrâhâ´m, the first who enjoined circumcision, looking forward in spirit to Yâhuwshúa`, when he circumcised having received the secrets of the three letters. 9:8. For the Scripture says, “And ’Avrâhâ´m circumcised ten, five, then four hundred(7) men of his household.” [1 Moshéh 17: 27 PSR] What, then, was the knowledge given to him in this? Notice that he mentions the fifteen first, and then after a pause the four hundred. The ten and the five are thus denoted: Ten by y (Y), and Five by h (H) [the name of Yâ´hu hy]: here you have Yâhuwshúa`. And because the gallows-cross hanging (tâlâ´h) in the letter t (T) as to convey the favor, he says also, “Four Hundred.” Therefore He shows Yâhuwshúa` by two letters, and the gallows-cross hanging (tâlâ´h) in the other letter. (7) Source text: “ten and eight and three hundred”, a revision based on establishment 1 mosheh(Genesis) 14: 14 where the `Ivríy eighth letter ח does not form part of His name, though as an X, it shows Xristós may have been the altering scribes’ intent. The letter “H” survives in most translations. The letter T survives in the source text but it is four hundred and not three hundred. The T is the first letter of the `Ivríyth (Hebrew) word for hanging, as on a gallows-cross, Strong’s #08515 tâlâ´h. We believe this to be an earlier original reading of 1 Moshéh 17: 27. 1 Moshéh 17: 27. 27. and ’Avrâhâ´m circumcised 10, 5 (hy [Yâ´hu]), then 400 (t [hanging (tâlâ´h)]) mortal men of his household [415, Bar- Nâvíy 9: 8](42), born of the house and purchased of silver from a son of a foreign god, they were circumcised with him. 42) Bar-Nâvíy cites scripture to say this as a prediction of the gallows-cross. LXX and Masoretic has been altered to say “all of the” here where we have italics. The scholars subsequently searched for this in 14: 14 where it says 318, but those were EXPERIENCED fighting men, not all the males. 9:9. He knows this, Who has put within us the engrafted gift of His doctrine. I have permitted no one else to have a more excellent lesson than this, but I know that ye are worthy.
