How to thrive in this desert
To the Philippoçíym/phillipians chapter 4
4. ¶ Rejoice always in Yâ-hwéh; again I will say rejoice!
5. Let your decency be known to all humans. Yâ-hwéh is near.
6. Be anxious about nothing; instead let your requests be made known before Yâ-hwéh about everything by prayer and by supplication amid thanksgiving.
7. And the peace of Yâ-hwéh which is from the complete acknowledgement of the Greatness shall guard your hearts and your thoughts within the Anointed Yâhuwshúa`. [Yâhuwchânâ´n’s Glad Tidings 14: 27-28]
8. The rest, my brothers, is that whatsoever things are true, whatsoever is venerable, whatsoever is just, whatsoever is pure, whatsoever is acceptable, whatsoever is reputable, if any valor or if any commendation exists, take account of these things.
9. Practice these things, what ye also learned and received and heard and saw in me, and Yâ-hwéh of the shâlówm (peace,reconciliation, completeness) shall be with you.
10. But I rejoiced greatly in Yâ-hwéh that even now, after some time, ye revived the concern over me, although ye felt it, but ye lacked the opportunity.
11. Not that I speak in terms of my poverty,for I have learned to be contented in whatever sort of circumstances I am.
12. Though I know to be humble, I also understand to abound! In everything and within all, I am initiated both to be stuffed even being famished, and to abound even being deficient!
13. I am strong for all things within the Anointed Who fortifies me.
Songs Chapter 55
22. Drop your burden upon Yâ-hwéh and He is Who will support you, He will not ever appoint the justified to slip.
Songs chapter 91
1. A praise proverb of Dâwíth. One staying in the shelter of the Supreme One will pass the night in the shadow of the Muscular One;
2. he will say, “My Refuge is Yâ-hwéh’s, and my hunting Implement is my mighty Ones. I trust in Him,
3. because He is Who will rescue you from the snare of the distorters(259) [Howshë´a` 9: 8], from the word(260) of the engulfing ruins (haúwøwth)(261)!
4. With His primary feathers He will screen for you and underneath His wings you will flee for protection: His Truth is a spike and a shield!”
5. “You shall not be afraid from the terror of the night, from the arrow which flies about by day,
6. from the word(262) which walks in the Darkness, [nor] from the destruction which devastates at midday [YirmYâ´huw 15: 8, `Âmówç 8: 9];
7. At your side will fall a thousand, and ten- thousand from your right hand side, he will not approach you.
8. Merely with your eyes, you will look and you will see the retribution to the guilty ones.”
9. Like You, Yâ-hwéh, are my Refuge, You have made the Supreme One Your Chamber.
10. No evil will be sent towards You and a stroke shall not come near by Your tent,
11. because He will command His envoys concerning You to guard you in all of Your ways:
12. on [their] palms shall they lift You lest You might strike Your foot on a stone,[MattithYâ´huw 4: 5-7]
13. on a roaring lion or a writhing venomous snake You may tread, You may trample a mane-covered lion or a dragon!
14. “Because he has trusted in Me, so I will deliver him, I will set him inaccessibly high.Because he acknowledges My name,
15. he will call upon Me and I shall respond to him: I am Who is with him during oppression, I shall rescue him and I will make him valuable,
16. [with] length of days shall I satisfy him and I will cause him to see My salvation.”
(261) This term, Strong’s #1942, relates to the Lie written in place of Yâ-hwéh’s name in the Masoretic.
(262) Strong’s #1697 “word” not #1698 “pestilence” as this now is a reference to the impostor to come.
Songs chapter 130
1. A song of ascending stairs. From the depths have I called on You, Yâ-hwéh,
2. my Sovereign, heed my voice, let Your ears become attentive ones for the sound of my supplications for favor;
3. if You were to keep depravity retained in memory, Who would remain standing?
4. Because with You exists the dispatching of it away(375) (the Propitiation) in order that You should be feared.
5. I have eagerly looked for Yâ-hwéh, my self(néphesh) waits eagerly and I have waited in hope for His Word,
6. my self (néphesh) does, for my Sovereign,more than watchmen do for the morning, the ones who do watch for the morning.
7. Wait in hope, Yisrâ’Ë´l, towards Yâ-hwéh,because with Yâ-hwéh is the kindness and with Him the ransoming for the multitudes,
8. and He is Who shall ransom Yisrâ’Ë´l from all his depravities (lawlessness).
Songs chapter 138
1. For Dâwíth, of Chaggáy and ZkharYâ´hu. I will openly and joyfully acknowledge You Yâ-hwéh, with all my heart, because You have heard the Words of my mouth, so in before the mighty ones I will sing praise of You!
2. I will bow down in worship towards the Capacitor(396) of Your Pureness, and I will openly and joyfully acknowledge Your name, on account of Your kindness and on account of Your fidelity, because You have magnified Your Saying [Romans 10: 9-10] over every name ()(397). [Epheçíym 1: 20-21, Philippoçíym 2: 9]
3. On the very day I invoke You then You answer me quickly, You abundantly provide(398) me in my self (néphesh) with strength,
4. All of the kings of the earth shall profess You, Yâ-hwéh, when they shall have heeded the Saying of Your Mouth, [Romans 10: 9- 10]
5. and they shall sing with the Ways of Yâ- hwéh because magnificent is the Worth of Yâ-hwéh,
6. because lofty is Yâ-hwéh yet the lowly is who He looks at, but He recognizes the pretentious from afar.
7. If I were to walk into the middle of persecution, You would preserve me alive: over the anger of my enemies, You would dispatch Your Hand and Your right Hand would save me,
8. Yâ-hwéh would complete it within my testimony. Yâ-hwéh, Your kindness is for eternity, You shall not abandon the works of Your hands!
(396) Strong’s #1964 is generally traditionally translated by the establishment as “Temple”, though “House” also is, though it has this forgotten different meaning, arrived at examining the term, and it refers to the Personhood of Yâ-hwéh, not a physical building in which He might stoop to reside.
(397) “of Yours” is not found in LXX, and this may likely be a false Masoretic addition due to the cross-references not mentioning it.
